This is the project contracted by the ROC EPA to perform an upgrade of its “Basic Guideline for the Quality Management System for Environmental Testing Laboratory” in accordance with the CNS 17025:2018. A comprehensive pairing of the existing Guideline with the the CNS 17025:2018 standard was conducted to synthesize the new Guideline Draft. The Guideline Draft was subjected to be reviewed by 4 turns of expert committee meeting. The consolidated Guideline Draft was send to the 2 sessions of consultation meeting with the testing laboratories to further substantiate its content. The implementation plan for the updated Guideline was also drafted with respect to conduct 4 sessions of education meeting to the environmental test laboratories and 2 seesions of educational discussion with the Technical Committee and Assessor Committee. The new Guideline with its supplementary as well as the Assessment Worksheet have been finalized and will be plublisized to be effective for future implementation.
